lapsura

There is always much more behind every story.

You could say that I'm a dilettante, dabbling in many different interests but truly exceling at none. I've meandered through fields like anthropology, music performance, pre-journalism, astronomy, classical studies, history, and literary theory.

I love language, culture, and the everyday things that we read. I'm passionate about music and about multimedia textual experiences. I think a lot about temporality and memory, and I actively work every day to try to keep that lapsura from becoming a past participle. I like writing, gaming, playing around with web design, half-finishing arty-type projects, and playing the piano.

I'm proudly Canadian, even more proudly prairie-born, and currently claim the coast as my home.
